‘FIRST DATES’ CELEBRATES VALENTINE’S DAY WITH A SPECIAL WEEK
From Monday 10th to Friday 14th February, First Dates on Cuatro will air five special episodes featuring a restaurant setting inspired by two of Europe’s most romantic regions: Italy’s Tuscany and France’s Provence
The restaurant’s romantic transformation will be accompanied by ‘The Wishing Tree’, where diners can leave and receive heartfelt Valentine’s messages, live music from Spanish rock band Sexys Zebras, and a specially curated menu created just for this celebration.
Cupid is back with his arrows for the most romantic week of the year on First Dates. From Monday 10th to Friday 14th February at 21:50, Cuatro’s hit dating show will mark Valentine’s Day with a week-long celebration featuring five themed episodes, set against a dreamy backdrop inspired by the rolling hills of Tuscany and the lavender fields of Provence.
Carlos Sobera and the beloved restaurant team – Laura, Matías, and twin sisters Marisa and Cristina – will don elegant black-and-white outfits adorned with red accents. As a nod to love and romance, all single diners will also incorporate a red detail into their looks.
The Wishing Tree, Live Music, and a Bespoke Valentine’s Menu
This Valentine’s special comes with added surprises. The restaurant will unveil The Wishing Tree, where diners can hang their most intimate wishes for Valentine’s Day – or receive mysterious messages that could change the course of their date.
A specially designed menu will also be served throughout the week, featuring dishes crafted exclusively for this occasion: the ‘Cupid’s Arrow’ fruit skewer, ‘Hearts of the Sea’ clams, ‘Light Kiss’ salmon tartare, ‘Heart of Fire’ beef sirloin, and the irresistible ‘Sweet Temptation’ – a raspberry and mascarpone tart, among others.
Live music will add an extra dose of romance, with a special performance from Spanish rock band Sexys Zebras.
Throughout the week, First Dates will showcase a variety of encounters: couples who first met on the show and fell in love, brand-new first-time daters, returning guests hoping for a second chance, and even a proposal sealed with a special song – all served with plenty of charm and surprises.
