The popular chef goes undercover to find out what is going on in establishments that are in trouble, but which are unaware that he is watching them
For the first time, chef Alberto Chicote enters restaurants undercover and without prior notice in order to uncover the reality behind failing businesses. Operating discreetly, like a high-level covert operation, the chef does not enter with his usual recognizable presence, but operates from the shadows, supported by advanced technology and a surveillance team that allows him to analyse every detail before stepping in.
Each mission begins with the help of an internal informant - a member of staff whose identity remains strictly confidential and who plays a key role in the investigation. Through this insider, Chicote gains access to the restaurant’s true day-to-day operations while the rest of the team remains unaware of the chef’s watchful eye.
